Blackberries – I have mentioned blackberry root in other posts, but the berries themselves are loaded with vitamins A, C, E & K, as well as copper and magnesium which packs a pretty powerful punch! There are also anthocyanins (similar to the resveritol in red grapes) in the berries which help to reduce inflammation. The eugenol in blackberries also gives them anti-inflammatory properties. They are beneficial for autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular disease, and they are anticarcinogenic. Blackberries are antiviral and antibacterial. Powerful tiny fruits!
