Check back soon as I will be posting more detail regarding diet and autoimmune disease…

For now, let me just say that a whole foods diet is generally the best and safest way to go for good health.  Try to stay away from anything processed in any way at all!  That means nothing that’s packed in a box, can, bag, etc.  Fresh foods are best.  Frozen are O.K. if fresh are not available.

Hey Debbie, What herbs you recommend for Alergic Rhinitis (hay fever)? At night and especially now in the summer I get really miserable. Constantly stuffy and overheating.

There are so many things you could try, but I’ve found that my allergies are much improved since I went on a whole foods diet, reduced my intake of dairy and increased my water intake. Believe it or not, diet plays a huge role. When I do get a little stuffy(which I still have some environmental allergies) I rinse my sinuses with saline solution and I increase vitamin C and drink plenty of water.

Thanks for the question. Let me know if this helps.

Have you thought of reviewing the Eat Right 4 Your Type lifestyle plan? It has proved to be an amazing help for my wife when she was suffering depression. Worth a look.
